From Richmond/Washington DC/points north:
Take I-95 South from Washington DC, and at Richmond, pick up I-64 East to Norfolk (you can either take the I-295 circumferential or stay on I-95 - both intersect with I-64). You'll take I-64 through the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Follow I-64 to the interchange with I-264 West, toward downtown Norfolk. Take the Waterside Drive exit, and follow Waterside Drive around the curve as it turns into Boush Street. You'll pass through a series of lights, and pass lots of construction on your right. Take a right on York Street, just before the intersection with Brambleton Avenue. We're on the right hand side, at the edge of another construction zone, 119 West York Street; parking is available in front of the building.

From Virginia Beach:
Take Interstate 264 West toward downtown Norfolk. Take the Waterside Drive exit, and follow Waterside Drive around the curve as it turns into Boush Street. From points south via I-95:
Take I-95 North into Virginia. At Emporia, Va., take US-58 east toward Norfolk. Follow US-58 for 68 miles, until the interchange with I-664/264/64. Take I-264 East toward Virginia Beach. Follow I-264 into downtown Norfolk, take the Waterside Drive exit, and follow Waterside Drive around the curve as it turns into Boush Street. You'll pass through a series of lights, and pass lots of construction on your right. Take a right on York Street, just before the intersection with Brambleton Avenue.
